What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

Shipping occurs daily.  Due to COVID-19 and possible supplier delays, please allow 7-14 days to receive your shipment.

Returns: All Sales are FINAL. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@truly-branded.com for a store credit. 

In the event that you need to EXCHANGE an item, it must be shipped back to us within 5 days of you receiving the item.  Please email customer service to confirm the exchange and discuss exchange details. 
Re-shipping exchange items is the financial responsibility of the customer. 
Please also allow up to 7-10 business days for us to receive and process your exchange.
Pre-Sale Orders:
Pre-Sale Order items are listed in the description. Please take time to read the information within the item descriptions to assist you during your purchase process. 
Each pre-order item will more than likely have a different stock and/or shipping date. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm as soon as possible. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@truly-branded.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours.
